Colvest provides collateral-based lending services. Loans are issued against digital asset collateral locked in smart contract vaults. No credit check is required. Loan approval is subject to collateral value and LTV ratio at time of application.
All transactions on the Base network require ETH to cover gas fees paid to network validators. These fees are mandatory, determined by network conditions, and scale with transaction size. Colvest will communicate the exact gas fee required prior to fund disbursement. Gas fees are non-refundable once submitted to the network, regardless of the outcome of your loan application. By submitting a gas fee payment you acknowledge this condition.
If your collateral value falls such that your LTV ratio exceeds 85%, Colvest reserves the right to partially liquidate your collateral to restore the LTV to a safe level. You will receive alerts at 75% LTV. You may top up collateral or make partial repayments at any time to avoid liquidation.
Your collateral is held in audited, non-custodial smart contract vaults. Colvest does not commingle, lend out, or rehypothecate user collateral. In the event of a smart contract exploit, Colvest's liability is limited to the terms of its insurance policy.
